My Intuitive  Approach

My approach is rooted in embodied spirituality and lived practice.

I teach yoga as a method of integration, helping practitioners navigate real life transitions, especially parenthood, without abandoning their principles, nervous system, or sense of self.

Rather than escaping responsibility, my work brings yoga philosophy, ritual, and movement into the realities of relationship, interruption, and daily life, where practice becomes a truly lived and embodied.

Every offering—whether a group class,

a Sacred Frequencies event, or

a seasonal workshop—is designed to

awaken presence,

nourish the nervous system,

and remind you of the inner tools you hold within to deal with real life.

I hold deep respect for the lineage and traditions that came before me, and I refuse to dilute them into gimmicks or trends.

Yoga, to me, is not about spectacle—it is about sincerity, presence, and remembrance.

Our
Main Focus

Trauma-Informed & Nervous System Rooted

I honor the body’s natural rhythms and integrate practices that ground, soothe, and gently expand. You’ll never be pushed—you’ll be invited.

 Lineage-Respectful, Spirit-Led

I hold deep reverence for traditional yogic teachings while offering a non-dogmatic, spiritually-open space where everyone is welcome, regardless of background or belief.

Nature-Based, Ceremony-Oriented

Whether it's a weekly class or a seasonal event, our gatherings mirror the natural world. We move with the moon, celebrate the sun, and listen to what the earth is teaching.

Community & Connection Focused

Classes are not just about personal growth—they’re about remembering we belong to each other. Sacred Sincerity fosters community through shared ritual, music, movement, and story.

While Sacred Sincerity is currently centered on yoga and community offerings, my roots also include birthwork. I have supported dozens of families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with trauma-informed, intuitive care. If you are seeking private doula or motherhood mentorship.
