Doula care with Sacred Sincerity is never a one-size-fits-all- because no two families, births, or journeys into parenthood are ever the same.
What sets my support apart is the intentional way I've designed it: with multiple options of care to meet you exactly where you are- emotionally, spiritually, and logistically.
Each level of care is infused with the same sincerity, presence, and soul-lead intention- but allows space for different needs, lifestyles, and circumstances.

Postpartum Support
This is for those who would like postpartum only care, or would like to gift this care to someone else!
Postpartum care is severely overlooked in the US. Most people don’t realize how a woman is cared for during postpartum, sets the stage for her and her baby’s health for years and years into the future.
There are 5 Universal Needs of the postpartum mother:
1. Rest
2. Retreat
3. Ritual
4. Support
5. Warmth
During these period of time many cultures have many family members and family doing the cleaning and cooking, they’re helping the mother extensively with keeping her warm and healthy.
Many of us do not have this luxury.
During our time together, we will discuss the value of each of these needs as well as set up a plan for what will best suit you.
