my tarot reading approach

before our session, i will guide you through a 5-8 minute meditation/breath work to tune into a receiving space either right in the beginning of our consultation if a live reading.  (the night before or morning of if prerecorded.) this is also a moment for you to consult your guides and thank them for being with us at this time. some guides and angels are very protective, so during this meditation, you will be prompted to energetically give me permission to connect with them to give you a reading for your highest and most divine good only.

 

*** if you are receiving a prerecorded message, i will need to know what question you have or if you are open to hearing what your angels, guides, or soul would like you to know the night before or morning of your reading. i will send a text reminder. ***

 

beginning our session, we will ground ourselves so we may receive down to earth guidance, without getting too lost in the messages. we will take this time to shake off any energy not serving you in this moment, so you may be a clear channel to receive guidance. 

 

during, we will look at where you are in this moment, what's needed to let go of, and what to embrace. i'll use the photo you have provided to connect instantly with your energy.

 

after, i encourage you to take notes, pause, breathe it all in, and write any insights you have during the 24-48 hours

following our consultation. i will also send recommendations such as yoga poses, breath work, or journal prompts based on our reading.

 

our sessions will last anywhere from 20-60 minutes depending on the quantity of message i receive. 

 

*at this time all readings will be recorded and sent to the email provided at the time of booking your appointment.

this method allows you to pause and replay at your leisure, checking back to take notes of how it has affected you or if you've gained any new insights following the session. 

 

 

each reading will come with a picture of all the cards pulled from your reading so you may make any connections you notice for your own personal study. i always give my full attention, love, pure intention, and have your highest and most divine good in mind.
