why tarot & yoga

so many have you have either heard of tarot, yoga, or both.

if you know one of them, you know the magical benefits this practice brings into your daily life.

I'm here because I use them both as guides for my spiritual development,

and know how much they can reactivate you.

when you are spiritually strong and connected to the divine source of the universe,

your quest gets a little bit more clear on how to manage your mundane lives..

as you synergize both these ancient tools as one whole practice, you design the supreme map of your celestial life.

you take insights and intuitive message you receive from tarot as well as cleanse yourselves of toxins from yoga.

tarot is all about conscious decision making.

if you have an idea of where you're going, you can make better decisions (hopefully).

it resurfaces what you may have consciously or unconsciously buried deep within.

it reminds me of reading a book about your life as it's happening.

the yoga sutras of patangali speaks of us being separate, yet identical to the divine creator.

it teaches us how the mind seems to be intelligent, but it only has borrowed intelligence.

spirit is within us, but we are only a part of its totality.

another word for this omnipresent ultimate reality us called brahaman.

when you forget you are connected to a source greater than you, you forget your true spiritual nature.

in hindu scriptures, there is a common saying, "atman is brahman" which means

"the individual soul is the cosmic soul"

there, at the core of our being, is no distinction between us.

you may or may not have learned the translation for the word yoga is essentially, synergy.

yoga is one of the many blessings you as a sacred wanderer will benefit from.

it will to connect you with god or the creator of our universe. but especially, yourself.

as you connect to the divine more and more, you allow yourselves to receive the messages and actually apply them,.

from there, your life will be filled with more abundance.

both tarot and yoga are ways to connect to the divine and reach higher levels of consciousness.

when we are fully emerged and focused in these spiritual practices, we are truly embodying "atman is brahman".

in these practices you move from one lesson/pose to the next.

each pose, each tarot card, teaches you more and more about your bodies, your minds, as well as your soul.

tarot and yoga asks you to come to a sacred space to reactivate your authentic self.

by utilizing these mystical practices with full awareness and total surrender,

your intuition grows.

both of these don't necessarily demand you to use our intuition, but it is recommended as it will allow you to join forces with higher listening. connecting to your intuition more and more will also unlock your awareness to new ideas, perceptions,

ways of going about things.

the more we connect with our intuition, the more answers you find and the more clarity you will have.

"if you surrender your path will be clear"

questions to ponder while on your journey:

how does the tarot relate to your spiritual and self-care practices, such as yoga and meditation?

how can you relate to the themes and symbols of the cards on a more personal level?

how can the tarot offer you support on your path of personal vision, self-expression, and true healing?

what yoga poses have i been avoiding because it's "too demanding/difficult"?

what in my every day life have i been avoiding because it's "to demanding/difficult"?
